PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titanium alloy sheet having high strength and excellent in formability. SOLUTION: Disclosed is the titanium alloy sheet composed by mass% of≤1.0% Fe, 0.1-0.5% O and the balance Ti with inevitable impurities, wherein the relation of Fe and O contents satisfies the condition of -0.4[Fe]+0.15<[O]<-0,4[Fe]+0.5 and further, the average aspect ratio ofα-phase is≤5 and the whole extension in the rolling direction is≥20%.
