摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive chemical manufacturing method for metal nanoparticles having a particle diameter of not more than 10 nm and the particle diameter variation of not more than 15%, to provide a carbon nanotube (CNT) structure using the metal nanoparticles and having controlled diameters and tube density, and to provide an electronic device using the CNT structure. SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: (A) forming a metal precursor solution from a metal salt; (B) extracting the metal precursor from the metal precursor solution; (C) mixing the metal precursor with a surfactant material and a solvent to react at a temperature equal to or lower than the boiling point of the solvent; and (D) precipitating metal-containing nanoparticles from the mixture solution.
