PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a manager to easily confirm a state of software of each computer.

SOLUTION: A management server 1 includes:a software importance database 121 for storing importance showing the degree of importance of each business server 2; an application urgency database 122 for storing a state as to whether a patch for installed software is applied for each business server 2; an application state update processing part 103 for acquiring information of a patch application state from the business server 2 to update the application urgency database 122; and a condition screen display processing part 106 for finding a business server 2 with no necessary patch applied thereto on the basis of the patch application state stored in the application urgency database 122 and displaying the server name of the business server 2 together with an icon corresponding to the level of the importance of the business server 2 on a terminal device 3.
