PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reducing a place in which contact welding is expected, and for detecting contact welding. SOLUTION: Besides a first fixed contactor 112 and a first movable contactor 114 installed on a current route connected to a load, by detecting conduction by installing an auxiliary fixed contact 102, an auxiliary movable contactor 104 to be connected to an auxiliary power supply, and a detection part 106, a driving body 110 makes the first movable contactor 114 and the auxiliary movable contactor 104 linked. When power fed to a coil 144, the driving body 110 is energized to a first direction, and contacts the first fixed contactor 112 and the auxiliary fixed contactor 102 respectively. Despite that power fed to the coil 144 is cut off, in the case the detection part 106 detects conduction, a determining part 108 determines that the first fixed contactor 112 and the first movable contactor 114 are welded.
