<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit for a transmission capable of improving oil cooling capacity, and to provide a transmission having the same hydraulic circuit, and a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic circuit 50 includes an oil cooler 180, a lubricating section 200, a relief valve 210, and an oil pan 100. The lubricating section 200 receives a working oil cooled by the oil cooler 180 from an oil passage 190 as a lubricating oil, and exhausts the oil to the oil pan 100. The relief valve 210 adjusts hydraulic pressure by partially discharging the working oil from the oil passage 190. The oil cooler 180 is arranged at an upstream side rather than the lubricating section 200 and the relief valve 210, and cools the working oil flowed into the lubricating section 200 and the relief valve 210. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
