<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a laser resin welding machine which automatically calibrates the driving-current value of a laser output value/driving-current value table provided in the apparatus without branching any laser beam only by a simply calibration start operating. <P>SOLUTION: The laser resin welding machine includes a subtracter 13 for assigning the laser output value of a laser output value/driving-current value table 2 to operate a laser diode 7 and subtracting the assigned value from the measured value by an optical power meter 14, a rewriting means 3 for rewriting the driving-current value of the table 2 to the detecting value of a driving-current detector 6 when the subtracted difference is not larger than an allowable value, a ratio calculating means 11 for calculating the ratio of the assigned laser output value to the value assigned by the optical power meter 14 when the subtracted difference is larger than the allowable value, a current calculating means 10 for multiplying the assigned current value of the table 2 by the reversed number of the ratio, and a driving-current-value altering means 9 for altering the value of the current to be flowed through the laser diode 7 to the calculated current value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
