PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collapse of a surface structure by suppressing a rise owing to deformation of articles on gripping an article group, in a dispensing device for transferring the group of articles of an uppermost stage from an article set wherein a plurality of article groups are stacked. SOLUTION: Suppressing members 6 for suppressing rise owing to deformation of the articles b on gripping are provided above the article set B as grip members 4a are tilted so that lower parts of their gripping surface get closer to the article group Ba than their upper parts. On gripping the article group Ba from four side surfaces, as the articles b start to rise owing to deformation, they are suppressed by the suppressing members 6 and the article group Ba is stably gripped without collapsing the surface structure of the article group Ba.
