PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe umbrella fitting device capable of solving a problem that a conventional umbrella fitting device is fixed to a handlebar or a handle post, a part to which a handle of an umbrella is fitted is projected therefrom; the probability of being wet in rain is reduced if the handle is brought close to a human body while it forms an offense to the eye when the umbrella is not opened during drive, thus causing a danger when an abrupt brake is applied. SOLUTION: When a person rides on a bicycle without holding an umbrella, a umbrella fitting position can be lowered below a handlebar. Furthermore, a tip of the umbrella is inserted in a ring of a lower fore end, and a bent portion of a handle can be hooked to the handlebar of the bicycle. The umbrella fitting device does not form any offense to the eye or impairment during the ride on the bicycle. Furthermore, while a person is on the bicycle holding the umbrella, the height and the front and rear angles of the umbrella fitting device can be adjusted in order to reduce the probability of the human body to be wet in the rain.
