PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress both variation, that is, reference voltage variation and temperature sensor output voltage variation in a band gap circuit formed by combining a reference voltage generating circuit and a temperature sensor circuit. SOLUTION: When finely adjusting the resistance value of a first resistor R3 concerned in generation of reference voltage in order to suppress "apex temperature variation" and "output voltage variation" of reference voltage V<SB>ref</SB>due to element variation, the resistance value of a third resistor R4 which generates temperature sensor output V<SB>PTAT</SB>is finely adjusted simultaneously in the same proportion. Each of the first resistor R3 and the third resistor R4 includes a variable resistance circuit and a resistance value of the variable resistance circuit is adjusted by a trimming signal.
