PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video apparatus that can not only reduce noise and prevent electrostatic intrusion but also reduce costs and man-hours by reducing parts for noise reduction and electrostatic intrusion prevention. SOLUTION: Plate spring parts 35 on a side of a base part 32 of a conductive member 31 are brought into contact with one end of a video display part 11 to direct noise generated by electromagnetic waves emitted by the video display part 11 to a ground part 38 on a control circuit board 12, thereby reducing noise. A vertical piece 34 is positioned near a boundary region B between a box part 22 and a lid part 23 to direct static electricity intruding from the boundary region B to the ground part 38 on the control circuit board 12, thereby preventing the electrostatic intrusion to the video display part 11.
