PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve stem end lubricating structure improving a lubricating condition of a valve stem end driven by a rocker arm. SOLUTION: The valve stem end lubricating structure for an engine 1 is provided with: a valve 110 including a stem 112 projecting out upward from a valve element 111; a camshaft 130 having a cam surface 131 driving the valve formed thereon; the rocker arm 140 provided in such a manner that the same can rock around a rotary shaft 141 and including a cam abutment part 143 abutting on the cam surface 131 and a valve abutment part 144a abutting on a stem upper end part 113 of the valve; a rocker cover 160 provided above the rocker arm; and oil galleries 161, 162, 163 formed in the rocker cover and supplying lubricating oil to a position higher than the valve abutment part of an upper surface part of the rocker arm.
