PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device-protecting plate having reduced double refraction upon molding and improved impact resistance. SOLUTION: This display device-protecting plate is produced by molding a methacrylic resin composition which comprises a methacrylic resin (A) of 70-95 mass% and a graft copolymer (B) of 5-30 mass%. The graft copolymer (B) is produced by polymerizing a monomer or a monomer mixture (b4) of 10-500 pts.mass which contains methyl methacrylate of≥80 mass% in the presence of a diene copolymer (b3) of 100 pts.mass which is obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture ((b1)+(b2)=100 mass%) containing 1,3-butadiene (b1) of 30-80 mass% and a 1-8C alkyl acrylate (b2) of 20-70 mass%.
