PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to conduct a fraudulent action of inserting a piano wire to a game board. SOLUTION: When the fraudulent action of unreasonably operating a front frame 22 forward in the lock state of the front frame 22 and an intermediate frame 92 respectively is conducted, there is the risk of generating a gap mutually between an inner frame 7 and the front frame 22. The front frame 22 is turned independent of the intermediate frame 92, and the intermediate frame 92 is held in a closed state in the state that the gap is fraudulently generated mutually between the inner frame 7 and the front frame 22. Thus, since there is the need of performing the difficult work of unreasonably operating the intermediate frame 92 forward through the fraudulent gap mutually between the inner frame 7 and the front frame 22 in order to fraudulently insert a piano wire to a game board 77, it is made difficult to conduct the fraudulent action of inserting the piano wire to the game board 77.
