PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a padding product having volume durability and the product thereof are provided to maintain comfort feeling of padding for a long time by producing a padding product with an in-between volume cushioning layer to keep bulky goods property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a padding product having volume durability includes the following steps of: producing a bottom padding plate layer with a molder by using a carding machine; laminating a top padding plate layer with the carding machine; passing the padding plate layer through an adhesion roll to bond the in-between volume cushion layer; spraying an adhesion binder on the top padding plate layer to intensify cohesion of the padding plate layers; drying the plate layers; spraying the adhesion binder on the bottom padding plate layer; and packing the padding layer after winding the padding layers and the in-between volume cushion layer. |
