摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing manganese tetroxide (Mn304) nanoparticles. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing manganese tetroxide nanoparticles, the method including a step of adding one element selected from the group consisting of water, hydrogen peroxide, an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, C1 to C4 alcohols, and an aqueous solution of C1 to C4 alcohols, to a mixture of an organic solvent, a manganese precursor, and a surfactant, and heating the resultant matter, and also relates to magnetic resonance imaging T1 contrast media containing manganese tetroxide nanoparticles and a manufacturing method thereof.</p>
