<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom sterilization unit wherein seal water after bathing is sufficiently replaced with sterilized water flowing into a drain trap via a wash place floor. <P>SOLUTION: The bathroom sterilization unit includes a sterilized water producing device, a sterilized water delivery part, an opening/closing valve switchable to delivery and stop water from the sterilized water delivery part, and a control device to control the opening/closing valve and the sterilized water producing device. When the control device receives a sterilized water delivery instruction, sterilized water more than three times as much volume of seal water in the drain trap is delivered. Further, the sterilized water production device is installed midway the water feed pipe.
