<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive film getting an adhesive property on variable processings without using a crosslinking agent such as a melamine resin which has a feare of polluting the environment and also provided with a primer layer superior in heat resistance for a high temperature hot water. <P>SOLUTION: A coated film layer containing a polyester resin and also a crosslinking component containing 0 to 0.1 mass% or less is formed at least on one side on a substrate film. The polyester resin has a total of an acid value and a hydroxyl value of 50- 200 mgKOH/g, the acid value of 20-60 mgKOH/g and the hydroxyl value of 30-150 mgKOH/g, an oligomer contained in the polyester is not more than 2.0 mass%.
