PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to attain the joining of members with each other and the reinforcing of a main member at the same time. SOLUTION: One piece auxiliary member 13 is inserted into the hole 16 of a first joined member 11 comprising a mountain shape material, holes 14, 15 of a tetragonal shape tubular main member 10, and the hole 17 of a second joined member 12 comprising a mountain shape material respectively. The material derived from one end portion of the auxiliary member 13 is formed so as to sandwich the main member 10 and the first joined member 11 in the thickness direction by friction heat and plastic flow and the material derived from the other end portion of the auxiliary member 13 is formed so as to sandwich the main member 10 and the second joining member 12 in the thickness direction by the friction heat and the plastic flow.
