PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently demonstrate force opposing a load and to adjust force required when turning a headrest to the front and back, in the headrest attached so as to be turned to the front and back to a stay raised from a seat back. SOLUTION: In the headrest including the stay formed in a gate shape by a vertical leg part and a horizontally disposed part, a frame which can be turned with the horizontally disposed part as a center, and a coil spring linked to the frame at least at one end and extrapolated to the stay for imparting braking force to the turning of the frame, the height of the horizontally disposed part is set near the contact point of a rear head part so that the body of the frame is deflected downward, and the tightening force of the coil spring is made adjustable.
