PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and stably perform work for connecting a steel pipe onto an inclined steel pipe. SOLUTION: A steel pipe support A having a belt 1 and a support part 4 mounted to the belt 1, is mounted to the upper end of the steel pipe B1 buried inclining in the ground. The support part of the steel pipe support is located on the lower side of the inclined steel pipe B1. A part of the support part 4 is projected upward from the upper end of the steel pipe B1, and the steel pipe B2 to be buried is placed on the support part 4.
