摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means and a method for increasing efficiency of monosaccharification stage treatment before fermentation, and distillation stage treatment after fermentation to obtain ethanol from raw material of the Gramineae family. SOLUTION: Provided is the means and the method of increasing efficiency of monosaccharification before fermentation and distillation after fermentation because in a Gramineae family plant cellulose is fibrillized and can not be fermented without monosaccharification. Therefore monosaccharide is attained by accumulating biological digesting means in which the enzymes included in the raw materials are activated by heating them with an enthalpy effect of super heated saturated steam and derived to "symbiotic returning catabolic enzyme reaction" by utilizing characteristic powers owned by a plurality of auxiliary materials. A product is obtained by distillation of the fermentation product liquid by vaporizing and accommodating the liquid in saturated air in equipment utilizing heat-loss phenomenon matched to characteristics for the boiling point of 78.4°C, then cooling and collecting.
