PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that achieves a low-cost multiphase power source. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of semiconductor devices DEV[1]-DEV[n] includes a trigger input terminal TRG<SB>-</SB>IN, a trigger output terminal TRG<SB>-</SB>OUT, and a timer circuit TM which delays a pulse signal input from TRG<SB>-</SB>IN and outputs it to TRG<SB>-</SB>OUT. DEV[1]-DEV[n] are connected with one another into a ring form by TRG<SB>-</SB>IN of itself being connected to TRG-OUT of one semiconductor device other than itself. Each of DEV[1]-DEV[n] performs switching action, with a pulse signal from TRG-IN as its starting point, and lets a current flow to an inductor L corresponding to itself.
