PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an electronic document relevant to a designated electronic document by using information on the positions of electronic documents in work spaces. SOLUTION: When an object document reception part 14 receives designation of an object document from a user, a relevance ratio computing part 18 refers to a work space DB 10 and calculates distances between respective electronic documents in respective work spaces and the object document. The relevance ratio computing part 18 may total the calculated distance or relevance ratio by each electronic document. A relevant document presentation part 19 generates a picture showing the extracted result of a relevant document on the basis of the totaled result of each electronic document, and presents the screen to the user of the request source.
