PURPOSE: A method for managing energy point and a method using an energy point accumulated by user activity are provided to reduce carbon dioxide or save necessary energy when using or generating an item. CONSTITUTION: A method managing an energy point according to a transaction item is as follows. The necessary energy consumption or the emission of green house gas is found out and produces transaction item(S110). It converts to the point for the offset of the management based on the energy consumption or the emission of green house gas(S120). A data base system in which it is connectable through a network is constructed. The database system does the energy point by the identifier of the transaction item.
