PURPOSE: An air conditioner for a bus is provided to prevent the overload in a fan by minimizing the frictional resistance between the output air flow and the running wind. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner for a bus comprises a cover unit(110), an evaporator unit, a condenser unit, and a fan(130). A suction grill and a discharge grill(120) are equipped at the cover unit. The evaporator unit, the condenser unit, and the fan are installed inside the cover unit. The air conditioner for the bus is installed on the roof top of the bus. The discharge grille and fan have a slope inclining to the rear side of the bus.
