PURPOSE: A wire-wireless complex sensor and a parking system using a sensor are provided to be applied to a large parking system such as a parking space of a building since a low installation and maintenance costs. CONSTITUTION: A wire-wireless complex sensor(1) is composed of a housing(10), an electronic circuit board, a sender and a receiver, a controller, a radio communication transceiver, and a power supply unit. The electronic circuit board is installed inside the housing, and a sender and receiver are mounted on the electronic circuit board. The sender and the receiver receive the signal which is returned by radiating an ultrasonic wave to the housing outside. The controller controls the ultrasonic transmitter and receiver, and the radio communication transceiver wirelessly transmits and receives data while being connected to the controller.
