PURPOSE: A wine bottle cap assembly is provided, which is useful for re-sealing the wine bottle by making replacement of the oxygen absorbent member convenient. CONSTITUTION: A wine bottle cap assembly is used to reseal the wine bottle. The wine bottle cap assembly includes a cap body(10A), an oxygen absorbent member(20A), and a fixing tool. The cap body includes an insertion part(11) which is prepared to be inserted into the entrance inner side of the wine bottle to seal the entrance of the wine bottle. The oxygen absorbent member is prepared to absorb the oxygen of the wine bottle. The fixing tool is prepared to make the oxygen absorbent member detachable from the inside of the insertion part.
