<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the impact reliability of a piezoelectric device, an electronic apparatus using the same, and an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device is provided with: a bottom surface 11; a flexible member 12 having one end arranged in the bottom surface 11; and a piezoelectric oscillator 13 held by the other end of the flexible member 12 in such a way as to have a hollow in between. A horizontality maintaining member 14 is provided approximately in parallel with the back surface 11A of the bottom surface 11 on the lower surface side of the piezoelectric oscillator 13. Since the horizontality maintaining member 14 interposed between the bottom surface 11 and the piezoelectric oscillator 13 prevents the horizontality of the piezoelectric oscillator 13 to the bottom surface 11 from being lost by this constitution, it is possible to improve impact reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
