<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for a spacer, which is excellent in an adhesion property and a developing property. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition for the spacer has at least a binder resin, a polyfunctional monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, a thiol compound and a solvent, and the problem is solved by providing the photosensitive resin composition for the spacer, which is characterized in that the polyfunctional monomer contains an acidic-functional group containing polyfunctional (meth)acrylate and the acidic-functional group containing polyfunctional (meth)acrylate of 5 mass% or more is contained in the solid content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
