<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop a pump when torque increases due to the unpredictable shortage of fine particles, thereby preventing damage to the pump and fine particles. <P>SOLUTION: In a single shaft eccentric suction screw pump 60 which has a stator 62 with a female threaded hole and a male threaded rotor 61 inserted into the threaded hole and turned by the drive shaft 64 connected to the drive source, and is used to carry fine particles from the suction hole to the transfer route, a clutch 66 and a torque limiter 68 are provided between the drive shaft 64 and the motor 67. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
