<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: in a network printing system for suppressing information leakage by making it possible to store and track content printed by a large-scaled printing device, when image extraction is performed as designated by a user, the extracted data size becomes large, and the increase of the generation load of a print page image and the capacity compression of a database is generated as the problems; and that, as for a specific image such as a CAD, its extraction in such a state that resolution is not decreased as an exception is desired. <P>SOLUTION: In the information leak suppression printing system, the size of each page of a print job is checked for every page. When the size is equal to or more than a specific sheet size, the resolution of an image is degraded by degrading the resolution step by step up to the size in which the image can be extracted, thereby performing an image extraction.
