<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application acceptance technique for insurance money or the like, for supporting and accepting an application of insurance money or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An application acceptance device 10 for insurance money or the like comprises a storage part 14 which is provided with an instruction A-type DB 21a and an instruction B-type DB 21b as an instruction DB 21. The instruction A-type DB 21a is used for determining whether an event which occurred in a user is contained in contract information or not by use of a stylized question. The instruction B-type DB 21b is constituted, in order to specify a photographing point of an image to be attached to an application form, in association with the next question for narrowing the range of the photographing point of an image to be attached to an application form according to the answer to the stylized question.
