PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner having an electrostatic atomizer surely generating electrostatic mist, and surely sending out the mist indoors. SOLUTION: An indoor unit is provided with: a bypass flow passage for bypassing a main flow passage for communicating a suction port with a blowout port; a partition wall 46c for separating the bypass flow passage from the main flow passage; the electrostatic atomizer arranged in the bypass flow passage and having an electrostatic atomizing unit for generating the electrostatic mist; and a bypass blowout pipe 22d for constituting a discharge part of the bypass flow passage. A protrusion part 46e projecting toward the main flow passage, is also formed in a connecting part between the bypass blowout pipe 22d and the partition wall 46c. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
