PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device capable of forming an input button, from which the sensation of clicking can be obtained, and enables an operator to select an information display section and an operating section, as the operator intends. SOLUTION: A cellular phone (mobile terminal device) 100 includes: a first input/output unit 1 including a first display section 14 and a first ruggedness forming layer 13; a second input unit 2 including a second display section 24 and a second ruggedness forming layer 23; and a CPU 15a that performs control to form, in the first input/output unit 1, based on pressing the first ruggedness forming layer 13, an input button 101 in a projecting shape by the first ruggedness forming layer 13 and to display information corresponding to the input button 101 in the projecting shape on the first display section 14, and performs control to display information on the second display section 24, without forming, in the second input/output unit 2, an input button 201 into a projecting shape by the second ruggedness forming layer 23.
