PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless ad-hoc terminal and ad-hoc network system for managing wireless terminals located within a communicable range without wasting radio resources. SOLUTION: In the wireless ad-hoc terminal for an ad-hoc network, a plurality of wireless terminals communicate with one another to autonomously form a network and communication is performed by transferring messages in order between neighboring terminals based on a neighboring terminal list indicating neighboring terminals located within a communicable range and path information indicating message transfer destination terminals for a present terminal with respect to a transmission destination terminal of an application message to be received. The wireless ad-hoc terminal comprises a means for registering and updating neighboring terminals on the neighboring terminal list based on a transfer source terminal of the received application message.
