PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively notify a user of being under recording. SOLUTION: A portable telephone set is provided with: a posture detection unit (S01, S04, S10) which detects postures of a self machine; a tone collecting unit which inputs a tone from an exterior; a tone recording unit (S03) which memorizes the input tone; and a voice control unit which starts memory of the tone by the tone recording unit (S03) according to the detection of a first posture by the posture detection unit (YES in S02), and finishes memory of the tone by the tone recording unit (S06) according to the detection of a second posture by the posture detection unit (YES in S05).
