PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality for a method of creating a color conversion table. SOLUTION: A second table is created based on a colorimetry result of a first pattern formed by the amount of liquid corresponding to a specific gradation value of a second color space. The second table is used to create a second pattern a the specific gradation value. The second pattern is subjected to colorimetry to smooth the colorimetry result. Based on the colorimetry result of the smoothed second pattern, a gradation value of a first color space is associated with that of the second one for creating a first table.
