<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer driver allowing a printer to execute writing to an RFID tag by using document data created with general-purpose application software without preparing any dedicated application software. <P>SOLUTION: When the printing of document data including a description using an RFID font 5 is instructed, a printer driver allows a host computer 10 to generate a write command which instructs a printer 20 to execute writing to an RFID tag 50 of the description using the RFID font 5 and to transmit the generated write command to the printer 20. With this configuration, the document data is created by using the RFID font 5 and the printing of the created document data is just instructed, thereby enabling the printer 20 to execute the writing to the RFID tag 50 of the description using the RFID font 5 in general-purpose application software 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
