<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly determine a position of a needlepoint without degrading a mechanical strength of a contact section. <P>SOLUTION: A contactor includes a contactor body with an arm region laterally extended, and a needlepoint region downwardly extended from a chip of the arm region. The needle point region includes: a seat section integrally continued to a lower edge at the top of the arm region; and the contact section downwardly protruded from a lower end of the seat section, and having the needlepoint contacting an electrode of a to-be-inspected object at the lower end. The seat section includes a lower surface region having at least four inclined planes located around the contact section when the needlepoint region is upwardly viewed, and inclined so as to become lower at a location on the contact section side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
