PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable which is an ultrafine coaxial cable having an outer cover of an ultraviolet curing resin, and which is superior in outer cover removing properties while securing physical properties of the outer cover demanded for the coaxial cable. SOLUTION: The coaxial cable 10 has the center conductor 11, and the outer cover 14 composed of the ultraviolet curing resin 16 at the outer periphery of a shield core 15 having an interior insulating body 12 arranged and installed at the outer periphery of the center conductor 11, and an exterior conductor 13 arranged and installed at the outer periphery of the interior insulating body 12. The outer cover 14 has a double-layered structure of an inside layer 14a contacting the exterior conductor 13, and of an outside layer 14b on its outside, and the inside layer 14a is more fragile and thinner than the outside layer 14b.
