PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a reliable computer system. SOLUTION: The computer system comprises a first storage device having a first volume; a second storage device which provides a first virtual volume to a host computer; a third storage device which switches the access to the first virtual volume of the host computer, and provides a second virtual volume to the host computer; and a management computer which manages the first to third storage device. The management computer comprises a detection part which detects operation of the first virtual volume in switching of the access to the first virtual volume of the host computer to the second virtual volume; and an execution instruction part which instructs, when the access is switched to the second virtual volume, execution of the operation of the first virtual volume detected by the detection part to the second virtual volume of the third storage device.
