PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit for accurately measuring a resistance of a termination resistor, and reducing the number of input/output terminals. SOLUTION: A control circuit of the semiconductor integrated circuit 100 turns on first and second switch circuits in a test operation mode for measuring the resistance of the termination resistor, and turns off the first and second switch circuits in a normal operation mode for implementing a normal operation.
