PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and effectively control a drive means installed on a working machine while power is supplied to the working machine, in prohibiting or limiting the use of the drive means. SOLUTION: Inverters 30-33 connected to electric motors 20R, 20L, 21, and 26, respectively, are controlled according to signals from a control device 35. When the plug 38 of a power cable 38 is connected to a connector 40, the swing operation of the working machine is disabled, and the working machine is limited to travel at a speed lower than a normal speed, but the operation of each part of a working means 8 is not prohibited nor limited. A selector switch 26 is connected to the control device 35. When the selector switch 26 is turned ON, a crawler traveling means 2 of a carrier 3 is brought into a state in which the working machine can run at the normal speed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
