PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-in device which prevents a sash from being abruptly closed, and is low in cost. SOLUTION: A rack 20 is built in a case 14 embedded in an upper portion of the sash, and a tension spring 35 is connected to the rack 20, to thereby energize the rack 20 toward a door tail-side end. When the sash in an open state is closed by a great force, the rack 20 is stopped by the abutment of a latch 24 on a trigger 10, a support frame 38 is rocked by an inertia force of the sash, and rotational resistance is applied to a pinion by the abutment of a boss 43 on a brake shoe, to thereby apply brake to the sash. After the application of the brake, the sash is moved toward a closing position by a spring force of the tension spring 35, and the pinion 43 in rotational movement receives the application of the rotational resistance, to thereby move the sash at a low speed.
