PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof room and its wall structure that can reduce sound output from a loudspeaker without echoing the sound more than necessary even if singing along with Karaoke music in a small room. SOLUTION: The soundproof room has: curved walls 5, 6 curved in semicircular shape formed at both longitudinal ends; a front wall 7 and a rear side wall 8 forming an indoor space together with both curved walls 5, 6; and a ceiling wall 4 closing the upper ends of the curved walls, front wall 7 and rear side wall 8. Paper panels each formed with a plurality of recesses 30 partitioned by partition walls at a side face are used for internal wall members constituting the indoor side wall surfaces of the curved walls 5, 6, front wall 7, rear side wall 8 and ceiling wall 4, and the side face provided with the recesses 30 is placed to face the indoors.
