PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise-proof cover having superior sound insulation compared to a conventional noise-proof cover using non-woven fabric comprising PET etc. as a sound absorbing material. SOLUTION: The noise-proof cover arranged around a sound source is provided with a main body part comprising thermoplastic polyester elastomer and covering the sound source and with a sound insulation part 20 provided on the surface on the side of the sound source of the main body part. The sound insulation part 20 includes: an adhesion plate 21 adhered to the sound source and comprising thermoplastic polyester elastomer; a sound insulation space 12 formed between the main body part and the adhesion plate 21; and a connection body 24 for interconnecting the main body part and the adhesion plate 21 and comprising thermoplastic polyester elastomer. Since the sound insulation space 12 is surrounded by wall-shaped abutment parts 23 of the connection body 24, a closed space is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
