PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a benzoylaminoheterocycle compound useful for the treatment or prevention of diseases or medical states mediated by glucokinase (GLK or GK). SOLUTION: This 3-ä[5-(azetidin-1-ylcarbonyl)pyrazin-2-yl]oxy}-5-ä[(1S)-2-hydroxy-1-methylethyl]oxy}-N-(5-methylpyrazin-2-yl)benzamide, or its salt and a medicinal composition containing the compound, and a method for treating the diseases mediated by the GLK by using the above materials are provided.
