PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for removing sebum is provided to effectively remove sebum and black head and ensure complex effect without a step of contracting skin pore. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for removing sebum comprises: 1-15 weight% of alkanolamine as an effective ingredient for removing sebum; 1-10 weight% of amino acid based anionic surfactant; 0.1-2 weight% of α-hydroxy acid; 0.1-2 weight% of chelating agent; 1-13 weight% of abirritant; and residual amount of water.
