VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of a vinyl chloride resin product for producing a semi-hard or soft vinyl chloride resin product by using a hard vinyl chloride resin product as a raw material.

SOLUTION: A semi-hard or soft vinyl chloride resin is obtained when 10-40 pts.wt. of a plasticizer and 30-100 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler with a DOP absorption value of (B) ml/100g are added to 100 pts.wt. of a hard vinyl chloride resin molded product or its crushed material to be heated and kneaded by a heating and kneading machine. In this process, addition is carried out so that the following relation is satisfied: [(B)/100]×(C)>(A) wherein (A) is an addition amount (pts.wt.) of the plasticizer and (C)is an addition amount (pts.wt.) of the filler.
