<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device capable of preventing cut jam and recutting-in. <P>SOLUTION: The cutter device (20) is provided with a carriage (30) having cutters (37, 38) for cutting a body (P) to be cut and moved in a width direction X relative to a feeding direction (Y) of the body (P) to be cut; and a guide part (25) for guiding the carriage (30) in the width direction X. When movement of the carriage (30) is made to an advancement passage when the cutters (37, 38) cut the body (P) to be cut, a route of the cutters (37, 38) of the carriage (30) in a return passage is different from a route of the cutters (37, 38) at the advancement passage, and is constituted at the body (P4) to be cut side moved in a direction previously left from the other body (P3) to be cut in a feeding direction of the bodies (P3, P4) to be cut divided to two bodies immediately after cutting relative to the rout at the advancement passage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
